Erin M. O’Toole, Court Administrator and Magistrate of the Eighth District Court of Appeals receives the Certified Court Executive credential from the nationally recognized Court Management Program (CMP).

The Court continued it’s From Courtroom to Classroom program with a visit to Cleveland State University College of Law on Friday, August 18, 2024. An audience of nearly 200 law students attended an oral argument that capped off the school’s orientation week. The hearing was unique in that it was one of the few events that the law school’s incoming remote students appeared in person to attend.
